I'm not educated enough about the issues this article addresses as I don't understand the balance sheet issues mentioned, but found it interesting food for thought regarding the factors driving the current financial bubble. I like his observations that "We are trading recessions for bubbles, on what seems like a regular basis," and in the article he points out what he sees as key contributors.
